The Security Scrum Master will work in agile environment as a scrum master leading cross-functional development team working collaboratively to develop and launch cybersecurity product that fulfils Vodafone customer needs
Scrum master will plan, direct and coordinate tasks through agile methodology principles and practices to manage the Security Portfolio projects aligned to the roadmap including E2E product and service launches.
Scrum master will be accountable for delivering and interfacing to internal suppliers, external partners, OpCo’s and the Vodafone Business stakeholder teams.
Main areas of focus include the effective delivery of plans relating to market expansion, channel development, portfolio extension and go to market deliverables.
Scrum master is accountable for determining and managing, tasks, issues, risks, action items, and ensuring that all the project deliverables are met on time with high visibility on project economics that include project costs, budgets, staffing requirements.
Ensuring that the projects are managed to realise business benefits, that are reflected up through operational costs to Vodafone and that the programme management is informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
Accountable for ensuring that the project and their component parts adhere to the mandated Vodafone best practice methodology and processes. Engage with and seek improvements to processes at all times. Ensure all programme team members are following methodology and processes. Provide leadership & contribution to all Vodafone Process & Methodology discussions/workshops that affect management of programmes.
