German Speaking Data Analyst - Senior

Your role in a nutshell: 

To provide technical or economic development and mapping of client accounts in the Enterprise CRM (Salesforce.com) system for data maintenance and increase of data quality, and for the establishment of a client view in several systems. To provide customer and technical support of CRM and the Customer Database (EDB) behind, working closely with other support teams, in order to provide an outstanding managed service to customers and sales reps. To own the day-to-day problem/ incident and data management processes for CRM and the customer database: To ensure that problems are identified proactively and incidents are acknowledged. To resolve cases within SLA targets, responsible to solve and advise on escalated cases with revenue impact.

In the field of Commission Support: To resolve Commission related queries and complaints in accordance with the actual regulatory and specific guidelines, and within SLA targets. To perform all requested similar activities in relation within the Commission Support process. Special responsibilities and accountabilities in handling and resolving second level (Level 2) queries.

What you’ll do:

  • Provides 2nd level system support with technical or economic and legal knowledge for the sales community and other relevant teams
  • Processes and corrects client data/ client data mapping in collaboration with other departments.
  • Analyzes data synchronization in several sales and IT systems, proposes resolution in case of mismatch.
  • Monitors compliance with the territory rules in CRM and other sales systems and assists in duplicate correction.
  • Performs data export and import in Salesforce and the client database, develops scripts for data manipulation purposes. Extracts data and creates complex reports from the data warehouse with SQL scripts.
  • Responsible for training development (incl. FAQ’s and online databases)
  • Execute trainings to the sales community, to other teams in cross-functions
  • Performs continuous process monitoring including process optimization and new process design.
  • Deals with trouble tickets which have been created by the 1st line colleagues and investigates further to find the resolution and workarounds for the incidents/ problems within the SLA targets.
  • Deals with complex cases forwarded by Sales Support and investigates further to find the resolution and workarounds for the incidents/ problems within SLA targets.
  • Provides training for the team members and for onshore new joiners.
  • Creates complex reports based on customer data, and ad hoc reports - reactive and proactive, with the goal of raising data quality.
  • Mediation and decision making on escalated cases with the central sales functions
  • Communicates suggestions to sales management and the sales channel SPOCs
  • Mediation of the monthly Arbitration Board with the sales channel SPOCs, make suggestions on escalation cases

What you will bring to the team:

  • administrator level experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com and EDB)
  • developer level knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS Access, SQL)
  • understanding of VMS (Secure SIM) (desired)
  • experience in mobile telecom and IT solutions
  • telecom sector experience in multinational environment (desired)
  • computer skills (MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel)
  • close to native Hungarian, fluent German/English (depending on the country of operation)
  • knowledge of economic law, industry sector/ structure (desired)r
  • strong analytical and logical skills
  • objection handling skills
  • communication and interpersonal skills
