Responsibilities:
Work seamlessly with offshore/onshore teams there by working on proactive/reactive issues in the systems.
Stakeholder Management.
Troubleshooting.
Day to day/ad-hoc activities.
Analyze day to day issues, there by suggesting long term fixes.
Daily tasks in a consistent, systematic and time boxed manner.
Handling day to day assigned tasks.
Responsible for ticket resolution and cooperation with internal users and next level teams.
Must Have:
Telecom sales/retail application (Amdocs RIM)
UNIX, SQL
Windows Operations; Web logic + Apache Tomcat; Java Servlet.
Remedy, Jira, Urban Code, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system; Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) stack.
More than 4 years of experience in above areas.
ITIL Process knowledge
Exposure to Incident Management
Problem Management skill
Exposure to Change Review
Knowledge of Technical Deployment
Knowledge of Administration & Customization Support
