The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Setup and maintenance in Fund data base (fund and shareclass opening)
  • Calendar to maintain based on external data
  • Cooperation related with Fund Event projects and requirements
  • Review and process incoming documents for named and numbered account clients.
  • Provide Client Advisors with help and support regarding all document processing matters (Document Management).
  • Carry out all necessary data modifications in the systems and ensure that the document records correspond with the status of the data in the system (Data Management).
  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
  • More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
  • Delivers a work product that requires less revision
  • Able to facilitate discussions and propose solutions

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Technical skills / systems knowledge is required
  • May provide informal day-to-day supervision to a team including coaching on performance, coordinating activities, checking on quality and work progress
