The Recruitment Planning and Reporting Manager is an exciting new role within the newly formed Recruitment Excellence Team in Unity Business Services (UBS).
The role combines a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively.
The individual will be responsible for the forecasting, reporting and assurance of recruitment activity within HMRC. You will work closely with stakeholders across HMRC to gather intelligence on upcoming recruitment, utilising this to create accurate recruitment plans and forecasts.
