HR Systems Executive

DHL Regional Head Office MEA has an opening for an HR Systems Executive based in Mauritus where you will lead and manage HR IT systems for DGF Middle East Africa region, leverage HR IT and enhance HR data management including data quality, coverage, and analytics to enable informed business decisions. In this HR Systems Executive position

  • You will lead implementation of system changes or upgrade, training of HR IT systems. The Key systems to be managed are Oracle HR system names CHRIS.
  • You will support in training new HR officers and HRBP in the system.
  • You will generate monthly report to identify in accuracies in data and work with HR officers and HR BP for 100% data accuracy.
  • You will generate monthly report on different HR KPI to be sent to Cluster HR Head and MEA HR Head.
  • You will implement payroll in pending MEA countries to ensure all in scope MEA countries use the system for payroll.
  • You will ensure interface between Oracle and Oasys is working accurate and troubleshoot and support where mapping needs to be rectified.
  • You will be the One-point contact for Oasys related queries, system upgrades between external Provider Oasys and HR officers and Business partners.
  • You will train new HR officer in Oasys system and payroll and support in payroll reporting from system to different function where needed.
  • You will guide HR Officers on back end setting up for annual merit review cycle.
  • You will act as a link with HRBP and HR officers on data and group configuration in system for ensuring required process is followed.
  • You will generate report to update C&B Head and HR Head MEA on merit process in countries.
  • You will be responsible to implement HR chat in different MEA countries. incumbent will be trained on managing the backend IT configuration. Support in updating the questions and answers and keeping the answers update in the BOT.
  • You will manage reporting, training and system upgrades for HR recruitment portal.
  • You will manage HR admin system for executive – HRGT. Ensure data is update in system for required grades.
  • You will lead monthly reporting within the region and send reports to HRBP and Officers to correct data which is not in line with guidelines.
  • You will create dashboard on Power BI by integration data from HR oracle and Payroll system for monthly reporting.
  • You will lead implementation any new systems and processes in the region.
  • You will convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers.
  • You will understand internal key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and advise HR officers accordingly.
  • You will provide technical guidance to HR BP, HR officers and employees where needed.

Now, here’s what we need from you

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience or more
  • 3-5 years’ job experience in an HR or IT systems
