We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are keen to develop into the future engineering, operational and technical leaders in GSC in Pakistan. Working at our manufacturing sites you will help to ensure we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable processes and equipment to deliver life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in 90% of the world. This role will enable you to develop your skills in an industry that’s making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products.

What will you do?

You will get an insightful experience into the manufacturing side of our pharmaceutical manufacturing business. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • spend time in a quality department at one of our Manufacturing sites - developing a solid foundation in the skills of the trade.
  • you may learn about raw materials, finished product, sterility, environmental testing, Validation techniques, Quality Management systems, GMP compliance required for Drug manufacturing and assurance of product Quality.
  • gain an understanding about quality control - learning how the different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact and how to make smart decisions to ensure the quality of our products.
  • build your knowledge of our medicines and dosage forms as well as your industry regulatory knowledge.
  • work with our external supply team or with our local operating companies. You may be part of a cross functional team to introduce new products or testing methods.
  • have the opportunity to work in quality systems or quality analytics.
  • discover how manufacturing, the quality function, technical services and supply chain work together
  • develop business & process understanding
  • gain valuable people management experience or exposure
  • learn about the challenges of working in a highly regulated and controlled environment
