About the opportunity:

Shutterstock is looking for a Technical Site Operations Manager to join its Global CRM and Retention Marketing team. This role is focused on the marketing related functions of our website to help drive increased customer engagement, conversion, and personalization.

The Technical Site Operations Manager will report into the Senior Director of CRM Ops and Martech.

The day to day:

  • Management of 3rd party tag implementation and long term architecture and planning
  • Execution of marketing campaigns and tests through our web testing and content management platforms
  • Creation and management of information capture and landing pages to support marketing
  • Help define and maintain our tracking architecture to maximize our data usage in audience creation and campaign optimization
  • Support cross-channel marketing campaigns that span direct or paid marketing, and site.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in website operation, marketing, or tracking related positions and tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience, Tealium, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in creation of web forms, capture pages, and landing pages (e.g. Salesforce Cloud Pages)
  • 3+ years of experience working with content management systems to execute marketing related campaigns (e.g. Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Experience with web-related programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML
  • Experience with cross functional teams including engineering, web production, paid media, marketing, CRM, and database management.

Any of these would be a bonus:

  • Experience with Contentful, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch, Google Analytics

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

  • 85,000 - 100,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
