Job description

As a Staff Quality Engineer, you will be responsible to organize, coordinate and accomplish internal and external audits, conduct management reviews, contribute towards the success of Zero Defect activities, ensure high quality standards are achieved and sustained in the quality management system, as well as support continuous process efficiency improvement.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible to organize, coordinate and accomplish internal and external audits according to standards of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 and conduct management reviews;
• Hold internal trainings on standards with which the company shall comply;
• Act as internal auditor - Plan and execute audits according to the audit program, to document the result of audits, to monitor the timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Provide continuous improvement of the quality management system according to the business process framework and the standard requirements.

Your Profile

You understand the importance of problem solving and clear documentation. You are detailed-orientated and use your strong organization skills and responsibility to contribute efficiently to ensure the required quality standards are met.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree or college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent fields;
• Auditor qualification in IATF16949 and VDA6.3;
• Experience in the manufacturing environment in a Quality Management role;
• Relevant experience of Quality Management Core Tools;
• Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English.
