Senior UX Designer - Remote R0040441

TeamMate® is the leading audit management software system used by audit professionals all over the world. Using an integrated strategy for managing audits, TeamMate eliminates the barriers created by disconnected electronic files and increases the efficiency and productivity of the entire internal audit process.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team tasked with delivering a key piece of our next-generation solution. You will work under the guidance of the Lead UX Designer, but you will be responsible for driving UX activities of this highly collaborative team. This includes continuous user research, UX workshops, building low-fidelity prototypes, and creating high-fidelity designs.

If you want to join a dynamic, highly passionate, and engaged product team that cares deeply about understanding customers and uses that knowledge to drive product and design decisions, this is the position for you.

This is a Remote role and will report to the Lead CX/UX Designer and under the leadership of the Manager, CX/UX Design. You will have no direct line supervisory responsibilities. You may oversee the work of colleagues and consultants in the course of project execution. #LI-Remote
