Senior Analyst, Security (ServiceNow) – Pune, India

We are looking for Senior Analyst, Security who will enable the Cybersecurity organization to integrate processes and flows with multiple modules of the ServiceNow platform (Security Operations (SecOps), Automation Engine) to support the whole Cybersecurity organization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Administer the day-to-day functionality of current automation use cases in the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance, tuning, configuration and troubleshooting activities.
  • Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations with cyber security tools to build automated workflows, processes, runbooks, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Work with individual cybersecurity stakeholders to identify, document, develop implementation plans for new use case.
  • Work closely with the Strategy & Innovation leadership to prioritize use case implementation.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • CEH, ECSA, GSEC/GCIH/GCIA – GIAC, CISSP certifications desired
  • 1+ years Administrator experience with the ServiceNow platform- ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and/or Automation Engine modules experience desired.
  • 1+ years of experience in two or more of the following: network vulnerability assessments, web application security testing, network penetration testing, security incident response, threat intelligence, security operations, identity access management, privileged access management, cloud security or architecture.
  • Experience with X/SOAR platforms
  • Experience with developing workflows for automation across multiple platforms
  • Experience with Scrum implementation of agile methodology
  • Knowledge of applications, database, and Web server design and implementation
  • IT experience spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle
