What You Will Do:

Our HR IT Strategy Optimization and Modernization consultants help our clients improve business value through alignment of HR operations to modernized IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Enterprise HR Management and HR IT Transformation.

What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years working on Federal Human Resources and HR IT solution modernization projects.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Master’s nice to have.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a top-tier commercial or public sector consulting firm
  • Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports client services including:
  • Supporting current state assessments and implementation of future state Federal HR processes (Must Have)
  • Understanding and documenting existing business processes, systems, and technology
  • Formulating business and technical solutions
  • Gathering, analyzing and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements
  • Experience with Federal HR policies, processes (end-to-end hiring), and regulations. (Must Have)
  • Engagement with HR business executives and stakeholders to define, understand and document business strategy and desired business capabilities, and the supporting workforce required for execution.
  • Implementation of enterprise-level business process improvement and technology solutions within functions and industries (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Acquisition, Grants, etc.)
  • Collaboration with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience supporting project teams in the implementation of workforce strategy methodologies (e.g., recruit/retain/training/succession planning) and frameworks

  • Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks

Core Consulting Skills:

  • Ability to structure and develop quality client deliverables
  • Demonstrate a depth of analysis and critical thinking
  • Demonstrates ability to leverage and tailor various industry methodologies and frameworks to the needs of clients
  • Leads teams and develops junior staff
  • Experience participating in business development opportunities and pursuits

Track record of success in performing current state analysis across processes, technology, and people. Desirable certifications: Change Management, Prosci, and PMP
