The Web Ads and Open-loop eCommerce Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, such as eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc to make TikTok an irreplaceable growth channel for businesses of all sizes and a favourite destination for consumers to discover and purchase products, content, and services. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue and working on building the next-generation performance ads solution for TikTok.

  • Lead and manage a team of Global Product Marketing Managers across our Performance Ads products globally
  • Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science etc
  • Develop and support a team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback and career development
  • Define and execute the short term and long term product strategy for TikTok advertising solution globally, including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth and future investment potential for market
  • Develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
  • Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to step in and guide the market teams where needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing with experience positioning product and building product strategy in market.
  • Good understanding of global advertising and business landscape
  • Ability to lead a global team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across teams
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above
