Position Overview:

Are you interested in IAM and providing operational effectiveness? In this role, you will develop, administer, manage and train on relevant business processes, tools and capabilities for the IAM program! In addition, you will:

  • Update and maintain InfoSec Directives, SOX and non-SOX controls, business processes, training and audit issue documentations
  • Provide operational oversight for teams that perform the following functions: Identity Lifecycle Administration, Access Management, Access Governance, Identity Analytics as well as advisory to Credential Management and DevOps teams
  • Work closely with the SOX testing teams, Internal and External Auditors, Enterprise Operations, and various technology and business stakeholders
  • Develop and propose (for senior management and stakeholder review) approaches to reduce the risk profile of the organization by supporting Controls testing, the remediation of audit / 1LOD /management identified issues as well as gaps related to InfoSec maturity assessments
  • Serves as the organizational spokesperson on all IAM related activities.

Qualifications:

8 -10 years related experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience

Experience developing and implementing the governance of process, risk, and control inventory for IAM

Knowledge and experience with risk management processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., risk qualification and analysis, risk metrics and thresholds, providing management responses) preferably in the Financial Services Industry

Operational experience supporting audit

Experience with AWS

Experience with CyberArk

Understanding of SailPoint.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $118,000 - $178,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
