You will wield a pivotal influence by orchestrating secure user access practices, aligning them with regulatory demands, thereby fortifying the organization's security posture enabling streamlined operations, risk mitigation, and enhanced trust among stakeholders!
8 -10 years related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
Experience developing and implementing the governance of process, risk, and control inventory for IAM
Knowledge and experience with risk management processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., risk qualification and analysis, risk metrics and thresholds, providing management responses) preferably in the Financial Services Industry
Operational experience supporting audit
Experience with AWS
Experience with CyberArk
Understanding of SailPoint.
Self-starter and self-motivated
Ability to work & collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, persuasively, and credibly with internal management and external entities.
Motivated to learn new technologies and come up with process improvements and efficiencies.
Sense of urgency and able to apply risk-based approach to prioritize work.
Ability to adopt change while continuing to deliver on assigned objectives.
Ability to develop and clearly articulate risk reports/issues to key business stakeholders.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $118,000 - $178,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
