Job Description Summary

The Technical Support Intern, PCS is responsible for providing overall administrative support to Sales and Modality team with communication, events planning and other related activities. The Technical Support Intern, PCS coordinates customers and other sales/modality events in the region. The Technical Support Intern, PCS has responsibility for supporting sales operations to monitor the systems and collect data.

Job Description

The Technical Support Intern, PCS is responsible for:

  • Assist sales and modality team in developing sales/product strategy.
  • Tracking documents: both technical and administrative.
  • Supports Sales team with partner screening process (works with document check & uploads in internal systems)
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices or to provide updates;
  • Overseeing Support Sales team in peak periods to manage e-tools data entry and documentation needs
  • Assisting sales team in (making) market research, advertising campaigns, and exhibitions
  • Providing Sales team formal technical support during the sales process.
  • Support Sales and modality team in License process

4. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s\Master's degree - graduation year 2025\2026
  • Proficient in use of MS Office software
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills and execution focus
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and tight timelines
  • Intermediate level of English
