Service Engineer (Radiology) 

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently conduct or support internal Compliance Investigations involving 

potential legal and regulatory issues, including but not limited to Antitrust, Anti- 

Corruption, and Data Privacy based on Bayer's corporate policies and other regulations 

within APAC region.

  • Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as global caretakers and experts 

as well as Internal Compliance Investigation team and local lawyers/HR/HSE/business 

partners and country leadership team members in APAC region to navigate 

investigations and deliver results within the most efficient timelines.

  • Apply Compliance risk areas and identify/evaluate risks in the Compliance cases from 

the start of investigation to sanction recommendation.

  • Recommend sanction and mitigation measures whenever applicable based on the 

identified risks, company's violated policies or local rules and regulations.

  • Decide on investigation plan, which includes planning the strategy, interviews, tasks, 

and timeline and leading or co-leading together with other assigned function for 

investigation. Manage investigation of assigned cases to prioritize, meet deadlines, and 

maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and growing environment.

  • Efficient and timely documentation of cases in designated internal Case Management 

System.

  • Draft clear and concise investigation reports and, if needed, relevant and high-level 

presentations for legal and business stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Build, manage, and maintain key stakeholder relationships/contacts with the countries 

in scope to help identify gaps and propose efficiency measures in the investigation 

process and Compliance and Data Privacy risk areas.

  • Provide training and guidance regarding investigations and issue handling, and support 

in onboarding new joiners.

  • Data analysis, working on digital platform.
  • Proactively contribute to and support implementation of the investigation objectives 

within APAC region, come up with new ideas/solutions whenever needed to sort out the 

potential issues and motivate the team to drive determined objectives.

  • Good interview, writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Technology-savvy and can collaborate with teams and stakeholders using different 

digital tools in a virtual set up and fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and ambiguity and puts collaboration and team 

performance even over management hierarchy.

  • Business mindset, capable of making quick decisions with risk-based approach, with 

good organization and project management skills within set timelines.

  • Ability and high willingness to learn about and work on a variety of topics relevant to 

the cases handled and team's success and growth in a dynamic environment.

  • Global-thinker and -collaborator with facility for teamwork in subject-matter 

management and knowledge sharing.

  • Willingness to travel to regional business units' locations, if needed.
