The Opportunity 

Delaware North is hiring a Boston Garden Society Account Representative to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall relationship and retention of Boston Garden Society clients, including retaining, cultivating, and stewarding corporations and personal licensees in hospitality contracts, and supporting daily operations. 

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $54600 - $73700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities 

  • Deliver proactive account management for Boston Garden Society clients, primarily Rafters, by managing each aspect of their membership experience to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding a personal annual renewal revenue quota for contracts that are expiring and fall under their representation.
  • Day to day task completion, including but not limited to, responding to all inbound inquiries from clients and/or general inboxes via email, text, and phone calls. Provide clients with training and support on their membership and ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to address and resolve member requests, concerns, or service disruptions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assists management team in managing inventory, risks, and their fiduciary responsibilities by discovering client goals and objectives, proposing new business solutions, and implementing services and products to fulfill client needs and objectives.
  • Cultivate optimal client relationships by attending multiple TD Garden events and interacting with clients to maximize their event experience and develop an understanding of their needs.
  • Oversee the execution of the client amenities and services to optimize client experience and maximize sales profitability.
  • Assist with the ideation, creation, and execution of special events and activations, specifically on the Rafters level, and new amenity programs, i.e. tastings, chef’s specials, theme nights, social opportunities, retail opportunities, premium trips, skates, open practices, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison to all Boston Garden Society clients, including but not limited to contract administration, special requests, ticketing, client events, invoicing and payment plans, and all member communications.
  • Work efficiently with finance to ensure annual collections, box office for clients ticketing needs, and other internal departments as needed.
  • Responsible for reaching and/or exceeding budgeted financial goals in one or more of our key retention categories, which can include, but are not limited to: contracted business, early extensions, and customer upgrades.
  • Work collaboratively with management on any team-wide initiatives and/or financial goals and with Client Development Executives to solicit referrals for the purpose of generating new sales leads.
  • Be assigned and accountable for the facilitation and administrator of special projects such as: recommendations on client communication, facilitating client research, liaison with external associations, event planning, Sportservice, Salesforce administration, amongst others.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM; Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or retention experience 
  • Ability to deal effectively with a range of clients with exceptional customer service skills 
  • Ability to close sales
