The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst – BUR (Business Unit Readiness) Lead to spearhead large, complex projects and programs within our dynamic environment. This role is integral to leading multiple workstreams, ensuring meticulous project management, and driving success across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operational Readiness Assessment & Planning to identify gaps (process, procedures, workflows, trainings, employee readiness), develop and manage comprehensive readiness plan to get business unit ready for transition.
  • Lead and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of BUR progress.
  • Plan Model Office Testing & Post Implementation Support: validate that all the business requirements are met before the go-live date; oversee smooth transition to BAU after the go-live.
  • Mentor and guide team members, cultivating high-performance project management culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects or programs with multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, capable leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Previous experience in financial services or technology sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Readiness to work late shifts, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate US working hours. Preferably till 6.00-8.00 pm CET.
