The role holder will be responsible for the oversight of the Transfer Agency client service team of Associates, management of the client relationships and acting as a point of escalation for the team on any technical issues. They will ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that best practices are applied. They will continuously look for enhancements to create greater efficiencies and productivity within the team. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As AIS Transfer Agency Supervisor, you will be

  • Day to day supervision of the Transfer Agency A1’s and A2’s ensuring daily, weekly and monthly deliverables are met in accordance with internal controls.
  • Identify key priorities within the team on a daily basis and assign appropriately to ensure delivery of all tasks.
  • Actively manage day to day relationship with the clients, escalating issues to their Manager when required.
  • Day to day performance management of the team, one to one meetings and annual performance cycle ensuring development and review of staff against goals.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team for technical and client queries providing an efficient and swift service to Investors.
  • Foster and act as a role model to build risk awareness within the team.
  • Proactively seek greater productivities in the team through process improvements & automation where applicable.
  • Participate in department wide training efforts – draft and deliver training course and facilitate ‘on the job’ training.

  • Understand client service requirements and KPIs and support their delivery.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Third level qualification and/or 2 years level experience in financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel.
  • Experience in working to tight deadlines, with an ability to multi task and to work calmly under pressure.
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management is essential for this role.
