About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Growth Marketing and Analytics Lead to join our Marketing and Communications team based in Palo Alto, CA with remote/hybrid qualification. The ideal candidate has a passion for drone delivery and data-driven marketing, with demonstrated success driving business growth, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Drives Wing’s full funnel marketing, including owned and paid channels
  • Build, implement, and optimize a comprehensive growth marketing plan to drive measurable results towards Wing’s business goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and continuously refine strategies
  • Oversee performance marketing channels, including advancing and optimizing Wing’s martech stack
  • Drive partner marketing efforts, cultivate and manage strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
  • Own market research to measure marketing campaigns, market expansion and identify new growth opportunities 
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, both virtual and in-person, to engage customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Measure event success and iterate on event strategies for future improvements
  • Manage a high-performing team
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders across partnerships, operations, policy and strategy to make sure plans and projects are holistics, integrated, and communicated accordingly
  • Work travel required

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 12+ years of experience in a growth marketing role
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience leading and developing marketing strategies for emerging technologies
  • Proven track record of driving customer or B2B partner acquisition and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies 
  • Data first approach
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion

Bonus: 

  • Experience with communications to regulators or policymakers, or experience working in a heavily regulated industry
  • Startup experience ideal, startup mentality a must; a cross-functional leader who gets things done, scrappy and hands-on.
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • MBA is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

$160,000—$240,000 USD
