AAA is hiring for a Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role will manage key Discounts program marketing and analytical functions including partner relations, specifically integration with AAA’s U.S. wide loyalty technologies and services. The Specialist will coordinate with internal business and technology teams and ensure the flawless execution of the program’s initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as key account manager for various regional partners/vendors as assigned
  • Lead a cross functional team to ensure consistency across all business line marketing materials related to the various program components.
  • Implement partner data collection program to ACA’s portfolio of regional and local partners
  • Execute the data collection program on boarding process adopt the appropriate products for their needs and managing the onboarding process
  • Monitor trends and conduct analysis to ensure that program goals are being met. Identify opportunities and weaknesses. Recommend ideas and solutions for improvement and growth.
  • Partner email campaign development and deployment. This requires establishing proper targeting of recipients to ensure that campaign is delivered to intended audience. Includes responsibility for maintaining absolute accuracy as errors have the potential to create legal liability (Federal CAN-SPAM), financial loss and/or brand perception issues. 
  • Serve as the liaison between Discount Programs and Partnerships and Creative Services or Freelance Designer(s). In conjunction with the Creative Services team, develops the DPP materials needed for marketing, promotion and vendor relationship including but not limited to the development of brochures, signage, and various types of digital marketing assets.
  • Conduct preliminary research on pricing options and production schedules for potential marketing channels. Summarize findings and maintains up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain monthly metric report summarizing performance of all marketing campaigns, which include tracking the costs related to each campaign.
  • Monitor trends and conduct analysis to ensure that program goals are being met. Identify opportunities and weaknesses. Recommend ideas and solutions for improvement and growth.
  • Research and share relevant marketing updates posted on AICWEB as well as in the general marketplace.
  • With guidance, develop detailed web metric reports using site analytic tools and other key business measures for sales and revenue.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming member emails and phone calls for Discount Programs and Partnerships while working successfully with partners on resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage key organizational programs and multiple projects/initiatives while maintaining a high degree of quality.
  • High degree of professionalism and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines independently.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills.
  • Extensive PC proficiency with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in conducting market research on the Internet.
  • Strong analytical skills and general knowledge of accounting principles.
