Key Account Manager/ Dnepropetrovsk area

In this role, you have the opportunity:

To grow Philips Business in Ukraine by achieving turnover, distribution and profitability targets with the assigned customers and in the assigned region.

Your main challenge will be to maintain and develop long-term relationship with key accounts to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

You are responsible for:

  • Setting up the targets (annual/quarterly/monthly) for assigned customers towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales, costs, marketing mix, pricing and margins
  • Developing and implementing Account Plans for assigned accounts according to the agreed templates and timeline
  • Organizing a reporting system with the sales team in order to increase the distribution knowledge, to control their activity and to benchmark the competitors
  • Controlling collection of receivables and taking measures in order to keep debtors risks in accordance with the targets
  • Identifying business opportunities and pin-points problem areas within the assigned channel
  • Providing the management with regular reports according to the agreed time schedule with all relevant field information and inputs
  • Fulfilling related tasks required by the management to maximize business results.

    You are a part of:

  • The Ukrainian Sales team, our strategic partner in growing Philips Business in the region, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Direct Channel Sales Manager and deal with Dnepropetrovsk area.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Higher education (economics preferably)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven successful experience in sales, as Key Account Manager
  • Experience in working directly with Key Accounts/Direct Channel
  • Strong negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Experience with preparation and realization of annual contracts
  • Planning skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and results driven
  • Achievements of objectives in assortment and pricing policy
  • Achievements of sales volume, marginal and financial targets
  • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Valid driving license and experience on the field
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Fluent Ukrainian
  • Intermediate English (fluency is a plus)
