About the team

Dialpad’s Global Enablement team builds partnerships with revenue-generating leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in order to equip customer-facing reps and partners with the knowledge, skills, processes, tools, and training to improve revenue performance and make the most out of every customer interaction.

The Sr. Partner Enablement Manager is part of our larger global enablement organization and is responsible for a portion of our strategic partner enablement efforts. The partnership(s) are with large telecommunications companies. This is a senior individual contributor position.

Your role

In this position, you will be responsible for equipping and educating our growing strategic partner community on all things Dialpad and ensuring that they receive the communication and support required to be successful. In this role, you will blend Dialpad product expertise, strategic program management skills, enablement strategy execution, and facilitation & delivery to ensure our strategic partners keep pace with our innovation and are equipped to sell and support our products. You will participate in product launch cycles and maintain technical product knowledge in order to serve as an advocate and connection piece between Dialpad motions and our strategic partner(s).

You will work alongside a Strategic Partner Sales Enablement Manager who will own the selling lens of this motion and take on more of the sales-focused training & enablement. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will require stellar coordination and working relationships with Strategic Partner Operations, Dialpad Enablement team, Dialpad Support and Deployment training teams, Channel Marketing Team, our external Strategic Partner’s Enablement & Training Teams, and other relevant groups to help define, build, and execute on the scalable enablement of our strategic partners. You will co-own, with the Strategic Partner Sales Enablement Manager, the execution of partner enablement initiatives and create scalable workstreams to drive revenue. 

What you’ll do

  • Drive the partner enablement motion forward by knowledgeably building and packaging appropriate enablement materials to equip our partners to sell & support Dialpad products.
  • Deliver new and updated content, information, and tools to empower partners to deliver on our shared goals.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to our Strategic Partner’s training teams to scale and align efforts to how we are enabling internally at Dialpad. 
  • Maintain a constant connection to the Dialpad product team - participating in all product release and launch efforts in order to stay product savvy. Become an expert on Dialpad’s core products that affect our Strategic Partners.
  • Collaborate and align with the Dialpad Revenue Enablement team to ensure consistency in message and approach as well as gain efficiencies in the creation of enablement content.
  • Build relationships across the business and use subject matter experts to help enhance enablement programs and content
  • Work cross-functionally to identify partner needs and define measurable solutions.
  • Integrate with both internal teams and strategic partner teams to act as a voice of the partner. Ensuring that feedback is brought back to internal teams, while keeping external stakeholders informed of product and business changes. 
  • Monitor, document and communicate Partner Enablement impact, progress, and success.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B, Partner (Channel) Sales and/or Partner (Channel) Enablement.
  • Experience working within or closely with a large telecom company strongly preferred

Experience in the UCaaS/CCaaS space strongly preferred

  • Comfortable curating, developing, and facilitating enablement content
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to comprehend intricacies of technology and Ai and articulate product knowledge to technical audiences
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Display an understanding of a partner economic model
  • Proven success with self-direction and the ability to work independently but also collaborate and work with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and to build relationships quickly at all levels in an organization
  • Relish taking complex, ambiguous operations challenges and bringing structure and consistency.
  • Demonstrate the ability to get complex things done and drive organization-wide impact.
