About the team
Dialpad’s Global Enablement team builds partnerships with revenue-generating leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in order to equip customer-facing reps and partners with the knowledge, skills, processes, tools, and training to improve revenue performance and make the most out of every customer interaction.
The Sr. Partner Enablement Manager is part of our larger global enablement organization and is responsible for a portion of our strategic partner enablement efforts. The partnership(s) are with large telecommunications companies. This is a senior individual contributor position.
Your role
In this position, you will be responsible for equipping and educating our growing strategic partner community on all things Dialpad and ensuring that they receive the communication and support required to be successful. In this role, you will blend Dialpad product expertise, strategic program management skills, enablement strategy execution, and facilitation & delivery to ensure our strategic partners keep pace with our innovation and are equipped to sell and support our products. You will participate in product launch cycles and maintain technical product knowledge in order to serve as an advocate and connection piece between Dialpad motions and our strategic partner(s).
You will work alongside a Strategic Partner Sales Enablement Manager who will own the selling lens of this motion and take on more of the sales-focused training & enablement. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will require stellar coordination and working relationships with Strategic Partner Operations, Dialpad Enablement team, Dialpad Support and Deployment training teams, Channel Marketing Team, our external Strategic Partner’s Enablement & Training Teams, and other relevant groups to help define, build, and execute on the scalable enablement of our strategic partners. You will co-own, with the Strategic Partner Sales Enablement Manager, the execution of partner enablement initiatives and create scalable workstreams to drive revenue.
