What to expect

As our Talent Coordinator Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our internship program PubCubs. You'll work closely with the talent team at large, our hiring managers and interns to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved in the program. Your daily work will include a variety of assignments, assisting the talent team in all steps of the summer internship program, including but not limited to: Coordinating the internship workflow, managing its multiple tasks, assisting with interns onboarding and training, taking part in its development and intern experience.

But that's not all! You'll also have the opportunity to work with all the verticals of our talent team, spending time with each expert to learn about our industry. From Talent Operations to Talent Acquisition, Performance, Education, Community & Engagement and Business Partnership, that experience would help you stir your future career choices and focus on the expertise that you prefer.

What you need to know:

  • Period: Your internship will start the 2nd week of May until August 9, 2024.
  • Location: You will be based in Publicis Groupe offices in 5A and Park St.
  • Schedule: Full time from Sunday to Thursday (hybrid mode)
