Position Summary
The “SketchUp Team” is growing and we are seeking an AEC tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager the primary responsibility is to drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention of our software and services by enabling overall customer success. While in the Pre-sales stage, the CSM will demonstrate the value of our products in order to assist in the closure of sales opportunities. After closure, you will be the technical advisor for assigned accounts, assisting both business champions and technical users to get the most value from our products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with Channel Partners, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams as well as with others on the global Customer Success team in order to provide guidance and complete solutions to our clients.
