The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Observability Architect to join our dynamic team.

As an Observability Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing observability solutions that enable comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing across our systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Network, Telecom, Infrastructure, and applications are highly observable, allowing for effective troubleshooting, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution.

How you’ll spend your day

  • The IT Architect - Monitoring Engineering function will play a crucial role in implementing observability solutions that provide insights into the performance, health, and reliability of network, Telecom, unified communication, infrastructure, and application across Teva.
  • The person will be responsible for the delivery of monitoring enhancements in the Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, OpenText OBM, OBA, Sitescope, Microsoft SCOM, etc. and integrate the alerting with ServiceNow platform and provide technical/functional guidance if required. 
  • As a technical specialist he/she will be responsible for installing, customizing, implementing and/or maintaining the existing Monitoring solutions and any of our upcoming technologies. 
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in communicating with technical and non-technical users and stakeholders, as well as establishing a cooperative relationship that delivers the best fit the unique needs of their business.
  • If deputed, collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure observability requirements are integrated into the software development lifecycle.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or information technology or bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in IT with 8 + years focused on Monitoring, Performance optimization and observability with hands on in industry best monitoring/observability tools. 
  • Proven experience as an Observability Architect or similar role
  • Must have hands on experience on implementing Network Monitoring tools. 
  • Strong knowledge of observability tools, Network technologies, distributed systems and a deep understanding of application architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any of the cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Good Business connect to establish the best monitoring solutions.
  • Experience on ServiceNow Integration from Monitoring standpoint
