Position Description & Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Experience (DX) go-to-market strategy and evangelize Digital Experience, both internally at Dynatrace and externally in the marketplace.  This candidate will work directly with the VP of Global Marketing and the GM of Digital Experience to drive key initiatives and shape the next frontier of digital experience, including mobile, omni-channel and user behavior analytics. The candidate will generate creative and disruptive messaging to differentiate Dynatrace’s DX solutions and establish Dynatrace as the edgy, innovative leader in the DX market.

 

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the Digital Experience line of business and how it fits into the Dynatrace portfolio – communicate our vision, value proposition and differentiation
  • Lead the creation of connective-tissue messaging and materials to best position Digital Experience
  • Own thought leadership content - author contributed articles, blog posts, sales enablement, presentations, and competitive tools
  • Join forces with global marketing teams and channel partners with go-to-market activities and marketing assets
  • Partner with customer success and customer marketing to establish strategies to drive retention, upsell and cross-selling opportunities
  • Orchestrate resources from sales, product management, communications and demand generation to fulfil content for campaigns, enablement and influencer programs
  • Attend relevant industry trade-shows, sponsorship events, analyst briefings and customer meetings
  • Drive customer testimonials and case studies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of relevant work experience, SaaS business experience a plus
  • In-depth market intelligence of the digital experience audience
  • Creative thinker with superb storytelling ability, grasping technical capabilities and translating into benefits
  • Strong communications skills with ability to influence in-person, over the phone and in writing
  • Entrepreneurial leader who understands how to capture awareness and advantage for the product line, as well as the Dynatrace brand
  • Expert sales trainer – you evangelize by example
  • Always looking for your next challenge
  • Excited about the digital experience
