Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform E2E tasks mainly in the scope of EMEA Indirect Tax & Compliance reporting (VAT, VIES, Intrastat and VAT accounts reconciliations in any of the 21 VAT registrations of the company).
  • Support implementation of standard VAT processes and procedures, being very familiar with the accounting side.
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes.
  • Build strong relationship within the Finance Controlling Teams in EMEA and with relevant stakeholders from other FSC Teams (R2R, O2C and S2P).

Your Profile:

  • Strong motivation to develop within Indirect Taxes.
  • Previous experience in European Indirect Tax Compliance, ideally gained in a large multinational. 
  • Demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Support the Team Lead in reviews and managing tasks.
  • Excellent accounting and analytical skills with very good knowledge in Excel, and ideally in SAP. 
  • High level of confidence, team spirit, integrity and motivation. 
  • Fluency in English.
