About the team

We are looking for an energetic Lead account manager to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implement relevant best-selling products strategies, both for the first time consumers and repeated consumers.
  • Familiar with e-commerce best-selling products strategy including category characteristics, consumer hobbies in TikTok platform insights.
  • Work closely with XFN teams, organize and coordinate the projects with them, produce analysis, reviews and insights together with a data analysis team.
  • Iterate insights and strategies about product supply for Growth team to drive fast growing consumer base and GMV.
  • Ownership for channel management and seller communication, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, incubation program etc.
  • Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practice with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years experience in account management or seller incubation, experience of managing hundreds of sellers is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external customer interaction is required.
  • Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
  • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
