Today, we are looking for a Customer Product Success Specialist that will be in charge of onboarding/training our Restaurant Partners to our amazing ERB, and help them exploit all the benefits and advantages of managing their business through it. This position is based in Paris.

What you will do:

  • Onboard/Train TheFork Partners to TheFork Manager, the best ERBs for restaurant booking management out there ;-) 
  • Ensure Partners are using the management software on a daily basis, and support them streamline and improve their service management
  • Guide our Partners through their digital transformation
  • Generate interest in Partners by showing them the opportunity to upgrade their ERB and sell it 
  • Re-Train Partners on the ERB, and proactively propose a refresh about it when needed
  • Being watchful for improvement in training techniques 
  • Guarantee an excellent partner experience during the onboarding process
  • Ensure all internal functions (Sales, Account managers, Marketing…) are aware and up-to-date with the latest ERB releases
  • Bring feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with our Product Team

You will join an agile, international, and dynamic team in a fast-moving, “scale-up” environment, reporting to the Manager of Customer Product Success, and you will take part in an international organization that values strong execution, sharing, and growing together.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated 
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is definitely a plus)
  • Great communication skills
  • Native in French and fluency in English are mandatory 
  • Team player, passionate, open-minded with a touch of humor 
  • Great stamina and flexibility
  • Coming from a SAAS company is preferred
