Snowflake is looking for an experienced Digital Account Based Marketing Manager to accelerate our enterprise engagement in Korea. As a digital account-based marketer, you will be building and managing a portfolio of highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs to engage organizations on a one-one and one-few basis. You will be responsible for the end-end go-to-market plan and delivery of our digital enterprise marketing engine. You will lead and partner closely with our Account Executives, Enterprise Marketing and Sales Development teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Strategically develop, execute and monitor an ABM end-end digital roadmap aligned to goals and needs
  • Design and orchestrate impactful, targeted ABM campaigns across all channels - Social, Programmatic & Ads
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and account engagement trends to provide data-driven analysis and build deployable programs
  • Provide reporting and drive cadence on the performance of all ABM digital marketing campaigns and programs
  • Work cross-functionally to lead the ABM digital planning, communication and go-to-market strategy build and deployment with the sales, partner, field marketing, sales development teams
  • Build and execution of end-end ABM go-to-market including content management, advertising, social media (earned and paid), contact acquisition, multi-threaded customer digital landing pages plus plus
  • Work with a global demand generation team to optimize SEO, SEM to increase organic search visibility and ranking position, analyze the effectiveness and awareness within targeted accounts

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Strong knowledge of markets, trends, industries, and buying behavior
  • Experience building modern, cut-through enterprise account (1:1 and 1:Few) digital campaigns and programs (content syndication, geofencing, IP Targeting, 3rd party display, online, SEM/SEO) advertisements/programmatic ads)
  • 10+ years of marketing experience - B2B, Technology Industry, SAAS Vendor, ABM/ABE experience preferred
  • Direct, hands-on experience with online and offline marketing programs including knowledge of current trends, media and tools
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, Uberflip and 6sense, Marketo, Integrate, Adobe Advertising Cloud, MediaMath, AdRoll, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Social Listening Tools (Meltwater/ Hootsuite) or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong project management and time management skills 
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done, make things happen, performance/impact results orientation 
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Understanding and ability to manage localization and communication nuances by language and country
  • Language skills: business level English and Korean
