About You

As the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Lead, incumbent’s primary responsibility will be; a) driving revenue growth and profitability for our company across Central Asia and Caucasus markets. He/she will develop and implement strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, trade spend, and assortment, maximizing overall business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, he/she will provide analytical insights on PPA (price/pack architecture) and foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders; b) Supporting RGM agenda development in CIS , expand Revenue Management capability within broader commercial function, developing appropriate mindset through continuous promotion of RM principles across the organization; c) contribute to definition of long-term strategy solutions to deliver profit growth

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and implement holistic plans on Net Revenue which aid opportunity creation of Net Realised Revenue (NRR) across Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Promotional Optimization etc
  • Lead promo spend efficiency improvement process, highlight trade promotional spend issues/trends to sales managers and recommend actions to overcome near-term issues that reduce effectiveness of Trade Promo spend
  • Lead pack price strategy development and ensure implementation of recommendations
  • Lead promo spend efficiency improvement process, highlight trade promotional spend issues/trends to sales managers and recommend actions to overcome near-term issues that reduce effectiveness of Trade Promo spend 
  • Provide Marketing and Commercial teams with recommendations on mix improvements to support NR 

Desired Skills, Experience & Capabilities

  • Proven expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles and practices within the CPG industry3-5 years of experience in a similar role in any other multinational CPG company.
  • Proficiency in basic category development tools: assortment analysis, shelf space management, navigation solutions.
  • Experience in managing pricing architecture, including price elasticity and value-based pricing.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources, generating actionable recommendations.
  • Strong financial acumen to quantify RGM opportunities 
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both English and Russian to present complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Highly organized and structured
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and identify innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in local or foreign university
  • English – Fluent, Russian – Fluent, proficiency in KZ/AZE/UZ/KG languages – isn’t prerequisite, but can be a good asset.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & retail management tools, such as Nielsen
  • Solid understanding of retail business, as an advantage
