The Role

The Commercial Strategy team works with internal and external partners to deeply understand our prospective client's specific problems to collaboratively drive Cedar’s business growth. As an Analyst on the Commercial Strategy team, you will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to deeply understand our prospective clients’ business needs. You will translate key learnings and insights across our client base into external and internal processes and materials to engage prospective clients on topics including revenue cycle, patient experience, financial ROI, Cedar’s product workflows, and technology details.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client-facing strategies, analyses, and materials to drive Cedar’s top commercial priorities, with cross-functional support from Commercial Strategy leadership and our Partnerships, Client Growth, and Implementation teams
  • Thoughtfully translate Cedar’s product functionalities into prospective clients’ business needs and use cases
  • Continue to grow and scale one of our fastest growing teams
  • Maintain a culture that adheres to Cedar’s values of focusing on our vision, using good judgement, applying a growth mindset, and rejecting mediocrity

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in client services or sales a plus (e.g., management consulting, investment banking)
  • Healthcare experience or intuition ideal
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling, executive-facing narratives
  • An analytical attitude, extremely strong attention to detail, and passion for problem solving
  • Demonstrates a self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellence with Excel and Powerpoint (or Google Sheets and Slides)
