We’re looking for an outstanding Retail Operations Coordinator to join the EMEA DTC team at The North Face in Stabio.

The selected candidate will act as the central agent for managing information flow to and from the store portfolio, ensuring structured and clear communication through different platforms/channels.

The Retail Ops Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the store's staff is properly informed on all store-related initiatives, in defining and setting regional communication standards to be applied throughout EMEA retail, and well Interact with stores to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Supports in aligning Partner stores to the Own&Operated business model, by customizing communications, training tools, and documents to the different audiences.

Additionally, this role is key in supporting Customer Experience programs, such as CEX surveys, by reviewing results, analyzing data and sharing insights to drive store excellence.

What you will do:

Communications

  • Control flow of information and tasking to the stores from all retail-relevant departments – act as central approval agent for tasking requests to the stores
  • Development and execution of internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Develop and implement the internal communication plan to inspire, inform and engage employees, tailoring communication for different business areas to ensure the message lands effectively
  • Review and develop processes and communication channels using innovative and creative approaches to engage and support more effective comms across the business, including multiple languages
  • Setting the tone and plan for internal comms with a focus on the agenda to ensure comms is proactive
  • Working with all retail relevant dept to create a framework to manage specific comms – covering messages, frequency, tolls, and content
  • Creation of compelling newsletters, emails, and presentations for sharing through various communication channels

Trainings

  • Support department in creating adequate training material for store staff with focus on developing tools aimed at improving Customer Service standards
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in cascading down training to store staff, including organization of meetings, training platform maintenance and collecting feedback for improvements

Other

  • Support in developing Customer Experience programs, incentivize CEX surveys, elaborate data, and share insights to relevant departments.
  • Develop initiatives to improve Employee Experience, such as identify painpoints in employee day-to-day activity and addressing the relevant department for resolution.
  • Manage and report progress on store incentive programs as developed/required

Skills for Success

  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role in a multi-site retail option dept or direct experience in a Customer Service environment with knowledge of EMEA markets
  • Language Skills: Advanced English, both written and spoken – another European language helpful
  • Technical Skills: good Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational
  • Problem-solving and proactivity
  • Ability to work with a diverse team both in the office and remotely
