Job Summary:
The Division of Rheumatology is seeking an organized, detail-oriented self-driven individual for a temporary, full-time position (40 hours/week, up to 9 months) to help the Clinical Research team in performing research related recruitment activities. This 1.0 FTE position is based at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. This Recruiter position will be responsible for prescreening, recruitment, enrollment, and data entry, along with any other duties associated with enrollment, including educating patients about clinical research and research opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a productive member of the Clinical Research team and participate in enrollment of research studies. The candidate should be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Candidate will work closely with patients, investigators, study coordinators, and the community. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask along with orientation toward teamwork and cooperation are required. The applicants should demonstrate that they are well organized, reliable, independent, and possess considerable attention to detail. They should also have excellent verbal, written and computational skills.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the Associate’s degree on a year for year basis.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The hiring rate for this position has been established at $24.10 / hour. The above salary rate represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.
