We are looking for an HR officer for our site of Charleroi ,

You manage the administrative and operational HR aspects in full autonomy. As a relay of the Group HR policy, you are the interface between managers and employees of the site.

Main responsibilities:

  • Payroll and Personnel Administration (transmission of elements to the Social Secretariat and payroll control, monitoring of staff and costs, social documents, administration, completion of the HRIS...)
  • Operational HR and Communication (maintenance of the social climate, recruitment, disciplinary, HR and social regulation support for managers and employees, training, HR communication, deployment of Group HR policies and processes, etc.)
  • Administration of industrial relations (support to the Site Manager during the PT CP, preparation of reports, commitment of HR actions, preparation, drafting and filing of collective agreements...)
  • General Services and Prevention (HR Secretariat, event organizations, participation in prevention actions and well-being at work...)

Required qualifications and skills :

  • Bachelor in HR, legal or equivalent, with a first successful experience in a similar function, or convincing experience in a fully autonomous general HR assistantship function
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office – knowledge of SuccessFactor is a plus 
  • Good basics in Belgian social legislation
  • Know-how: Writing skills, ease with dashboards and numbers
  • Know-how: autonomy, empathy, rigor, priority management and relational ease
  • Language: French mandatory and English is a plus
