About Business line/Function :

The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector, that leads BNP Paribas to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience. Within IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, you will be part of a Reporting and Dashboard factory, located in Chennai, dedicated to GRC (Service Now) perimeter.

You will play a key role to develop Dashboard an Self-BI platform in Chennai, ensuring core Cyber Security activities are performed by all the entities of the Group.

Position Purpose

The candidate will lead our dashboard projects from End to End in cyber security risk management.

They will collect, analyze, and interpret data sets, mainly from GRC Service Now, to create visual representations that provide information and support data-based decision making.

They will work closely with the other departments and entities within Cyber to identify business needs, design effective data models, develop and maintain dashboards using TABLEAU, DATAIKU and PostgreSQL for data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s requirements and identify KPIs for the development of dashboards related to cyber security risk management.
• Collect, clean, and transform data sets using ETL tools to create effective data models.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ensure the accuracy and availability of data related to managing cyber security risks.
• Use Dataiku and PostgreSQL for data processing and analysis, including statistical techniques
• Leverage on machine learning algorithms to identify additional insights and define non explicit correlations between indicators.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, making recommendations for action when appropriate to improve Dashboard production.
• Continuously improve the accuracy and usability of data by monitoring data quality and developing new data models

• Communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders, by using Microsoft Office solutions (e.g., PowerPoint, SHAREPOINT, Teams), to ensure a clear and concise understanding of the project’s progress
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying problems and provide solutions.
• Work effectively with other team members, to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects
• Manage several projects and priorities, demonstrating a good level of autonomy and time management skills

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related subject.
• 3+ years of experience as data Analyst, developing Dashboard and DataViz
• Knowledge of algorithms is a plus and will enable the candidate to be a force for proposing useful content related to cyber security risk management
• Expertise with TABLEAU, DATAIKU, PostgreSQL and ETL tools (e.g., TABLEAU Certified Data Analyst, DATAIKU Advanced Designer Certificate)
• Skills in Python Language
• Experience with other data visualization tools such as PowerBI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (English, French will be a plus) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams related to cyber security risk management.
• Ability to work with autonomy and simultaneously manage several projects.
