Job Description

The role will perform the end-to-end talent acquisition processes and apply best practices and insights while facilitating the strategies and standards of the company. The role will also develop sourcing strategies to ensure quality and efficient TA Processes. The role will also ensure great candidate and stakeholder experience by building a good relationship while performing TA processes and methodologies.

  • Drive and deliver all talent acquisition activities for assigned requisitions.
  • Develop and facilitate sourcing strategies using various sourcing portals like Online Portals, Professional social media, and perform technical recruitment activities for all requisitions.
  • Support junior members in performing their assigned requisitions and provide insights and market knowledge to support achieving recruitment objectives
  • Lead recruitment projects, process improvement activities, and assigned branding initiatives.
  • Develop strategies and perform candidate networking, employee referral activities and sourcing campaigns to target qualified candidates.
  • Perform and manage intake meetings to understand further the qualifications of assigned requisitions.
  • Manage all job requisitions activities and ensure all postings are aligned with standards in the applicant tracking systems and accurately document and update hiring activities.
  • Perform candidate management strategies and communicate through the recruiting and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager to ensure a positive experience and smooth stakeholder cadence by presenting hiring updates and documentations, recruitment reports, and candidate market.
  • Prepare and create recruitment reports in alignment with the sourcing strategy and include analysis, market observations, and recommend strategies based on insights.
  • Interview candidates through phone and video screening activities in compliance with the relevant local regulations and company’s methodologies.
  • Perform market data gathering activities for candidate and talent market data by collecting candidate information, market talent data, market best practices, competitors’ compensation ranges, and other market data for sourcing strategies and reports.
  • Present candidate job offers and gather candidate concerns and feedback on job offers for analysis and perform all job offer negotiation activities.
  • Coordinate with other HR (Human Resources) colleagues in the next steps of the hiring activities such as onboarding, HR Services, IT (Information Technology), and such.
  • Develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
  • Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any Business Courses
  • 4 years of relevant professional experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in recruiting for a global market.
  • Preferably with experience in using sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and other relevant searching principles
  • Preferably with exposure in supporting talent acquisition process in a global scope.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, TALEO, Workday)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle, Workday.
