Join us as a Commercial Graduate and you will help to support us to maximise value, grow cash flow and make the best use of our assets and investments. We will support you to ensure you have everything needed to understand the commercial aspects of our business. We want you to be in the best position to propose new and creative ways to maximise value.
Roles and responsibilities
Over the course of the programme you will complete rotations across our C&P businesses a mixture of customer facing, operational and analytical roles, in areas such as Sales and Marketing, Supply & Retail. You could be handling retail petrol station territories or preparing business cases for improved supply contracts or even evaluating strategic improvements to meet our customers’ needs better. As part of bp, you will also be able to take part in additional activities outside of your role, whether it be supporting local community initiatives, our bp Business Resourcing Groups and you are given the encouragement and time to participate.

The precise nature of your role will be defined by your skills as well as the needs of the business, but your duties and responsibilities will include:
