Job Description

Position Summary:

To support the HR department to achieve the team’s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

Job Responsibilities*:

  • Support the HRBP Manager in Talent Management activities
  • Active participation, involvement and delivery as part of HR Projects
  • Production of accurate and timely HR reporting on attrition, diversity etc.by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Supporting the HRBP Manager in conceptualizing and delivering people management initiatives
  • Coordinate exit process - ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and address any resulting issues
  • Manage confirmation process as per org defined guidelines
  • Facilitate employee engagement survey activities
  • Drive cultural and sports activities by identifying and creating groups amongst employees
  • Manage relocation process of existing employees - communication to internal stakeholders, letters, expense reimbursement
  • Vendor management (specific to the role) – timely processing of invoices, keep track of expense outflow, maintain and update list of vendors
  • Accurate collation and timely submission of Payroll inputs to the HR Ops. Team
  • Conduct HR session during new hire induction programs
  • Assist HRBP Mgr. on policy review and roll out
  • Conduct FGD, track outstanding issues and customer pain points take it logical closure
  • Administration of benefits like new born gift, wedding gift, Salary advance etc.
  • Manage Employee Relations including handling of grievances and resolution of issues arising from them
  • The particular duties and responsibilities of the role may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibility entailed

Basic Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputed university/institution
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a global, multicultural, multi-location organization
  • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
  • A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
  • Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams of staff from various departments.
  • Ability to understand and articulate cross-regional/cross-functional activity and the business requirements on a global scale.

  • Willingness to work in an office in Bangalore
