For Business Segment Industrial, part of Entrance Systems divisions specialized in high-speed doors, industrial doors, loading dock systems, we are looking for skilled individuals with strong knowledge in sales support and customer relations of industrial product and/or services. Our extensive portfolio means a full range of solutions for customer entrances and openings, comprising high speed & industrial doors, docking systems and entrance automation; it also includes the services to keep them efficient. Created to match customer needs, our products ensure the efficient flow of both people and goods.

What you would do as our Sales Support Specialist - Equipment Sales 

You will be in charge with general administration tasks and act as sales admin and sales support person for the sales team and various stakeholders (partners/ dealers, partner’s network etc).

You would also:

  • Offering sales support in collaboration with outdoor sales and operations team and/or communicating with clients;
  • Ordering products to suppliers within AAES group, by clarifying technical details, completing order forms you are responsible for order accuracy and for achieving the agreed delivery terms;
  • Logistic activities - following-up in time delivery of confirmed orders; planning and organizing shipments; notifying subcontractors or customers;
  • Acting as front person with finance department;
  • Participating as an active member of the sales team in various projects;

The skills and experience you need 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • university graduate preferably with technical qualification and solid technical knowledge, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings;
  • proved successful inside sales experience in sales of construction materials, preferably within an international company;
  • very good knowledge in English, both spoken and written;
  • very good practical Excel knowledge, and Word, Outlook;
  • very good communicating skills with customers and identifying user needs;
  • ability to deal with multiple projects and/or customers simultaneously.
