Sous l’autorité du Directeur General, ou de toute autre autorité qui pourrait lui être substituée, l’Assistant(e) administratif(ve) réalise le traitement du secrétariat général de l’entreprise et transmet les informations (e-mail, notes, fax, ...) pour le compte de l’encadrement des opérations GPO France.
L’Assistant(e) administratif(ve) peut être amenée à prendre en charge le suivi complet de dossiers administratifs.

Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en tant qu’Assistant(e) administratif(ve) poste de secrétaire
Très bonnes connaissances des systèmes et des procédures de gestion de bureau
Excellente maitrise de MS Office
Maitrise d'outils collaboratifs (planning partagé, web conférence.)
Maitrise parfaite obligatoire a l’écrit et à l’oral de la langue française et anglaise
Compétences en planification et en gestion du temps
Mise à jour des avancées en matière de gadgets et d’applications de bureau
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à hiérarchiser la charge de travail quotidienne
Très bon niveau de communication verbale et écrite
Discrétion, déontologie et confidentialité
Diplôme validé BAC professionnel à BAC+2 en secrétariat et bureautique (BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, BTS comptabilité…)

Under the authority of the Managing Director, or any other authority that may be substituted for him/her, the Administrative Assistant handles the company's general secretarial work and transmits information (e-mails, notes, faxes, etc.) on behalf of the GPO France operations management team.
The Administrative Assistant may be required to take charge of the complete follow-up of administrative files.
Main tasks:
Telephone reception (permanent or ad hoc);
Directing people according to their requests
Planning appointments, logistics and administrative management on behalf of Managers
Managing mail and emails (receiving, opening, scanning, digital filing and physical archiving, forwarding to the relevant department or person for processing);
Processing and monitoring orders and dispatches of parcels or various items of mail
Entering digital documents
Filing documents, information and holdings relating to a company's activities and projects, etc.
Organising business travel / business events and following up administrative tasks relating to airport procedures (badges, access training, etc.)
Taking notes / following up minutes of meetings
Follow-up of assigned administrative files,

Minimum knowledge, skills and experience required for the position :
3 to 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
Very good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent command of MS Office
Proficiency in collaborative tools (shared planning, web conferencing, etc.)
Perfect command of written and spoken French and English is mandatory
Planning and time management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of gadgets and desktop applications
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise the daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion, ethics and confidentiality
