Purpose of the job/ Relations:

As the SAP Group Reporting Specialist at DSV, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, support, development, testing, and change processes related to our SAP Group Reporitng and SAP Analytics Cloud landscape.

You will work closely with other SAP specialists and architects especially within S/4, data warehousing and analytics. Furhermore, you will be working with business users, project managers, IT architects and other IT team members to understand the business requirements and develop compliant solutions, that are aligned with business and IT standards and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office and SAP HANA modeling systems, addressing user issues and ensuring system stability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize existing processes
  • Perform system monitoring and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate system issues
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new requirements
  • Develop and execute tests for SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Identify and rectify defects and issues discovered during the testing phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of SAP solutions
  • Participate in change management processes, including creating change requests, doing impact analysis, and coordination of changes with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the deployment of SAP system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions by coordinating with our other SAP professionals
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess and implement requested changes and enhancements

Our requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in S/4 Group Reporting as functional consultant
  • Knowledge of Group Reporting, maintenance and configuration
  • Experience with Fiori platform
  • Ideally 2+ years of S/4 HANA Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on providing visible business results
  • Have good communication and presentation skills and a personal impact that allows you to explain and convince your stakeholders
  • You stay up to date with relevant trends in your area and industry
  • You are business fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • You will contribute with new ideas and proactively seek new opportunities and solutions to ensure both secure and cost-effective IT usage
  • Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written English communication
  • Strong systems / process orientation particularly in finance with proven analytical thinking and problem -solving skills
