Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

You’ll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.

As a Senior Manager/Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Business development and providing market insights (internal and external) in the family business and start-ups sector
Account plan management
Develop strong networking for origination
Limited delivery work in relevant services like consultancy, tax, finance, strategy depending on his/her experience to support the lines of services at PwC Indonesia
Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team.
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.

Requirements:
MBA degree, CFA, or CPA is a must
Minimum 12 years of experience in the similar position, with the background of accounting, tax,finance or investment strategy.
Experience working at Big Four / consultancy firm / Venture Capital/Banking
Additional working experience in the family business, large conglomeration, Venture Capitals, or start-ups is a plus
Strong business acumen, commercial and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Agility in working in a matrix organisation
