In this role, you will provide structured and consistent brand governance across all the company’s communication activities ensuring that all communications meet company look, feel and messaging tone in line with corporate brand guidelines and specifications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be responsible for providing leadership and domain expertise to a global team of branding governance, corporate communications, and creative services specialists across Bio-Rad in support of achieving the business groups (Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences) and commercial channels strategies, tactics and priorities across all media channels (digital, print, public relations).

As a critical services team this role requires your excellent collaborative and cross functional management and leadership skills to ensure delivery of world class communications to build demand across the global product portfolio. Key interfaces will be with the business groups segment marketing teams (outbound marketing) and with the Global Commercial organizations centralized field marketing and digital commercial teams.

What You Bring:

  • 18+ years of experience with marketing communications, consumer products, brand marketing, or brand management with global scale.
  • Demonstrated prior interaction and/or leadership within a content design function that would include Tech Writing & Editing and Graphic Design.
  • 8+years of experience with leading diverse cross functional teams.
  • Global experience with a track record of developing global brand strategy and delivering impactful communication and campaigns internationally.
  • Ability to build mass-market consumer or creator centric brands.
  • Proven experience developing and executing large-scale or global integrated branding campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, events), including experience with both brand-building and acquisition marketing initiatives.
  • Can partner with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers), as well as executive and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience partnering with product management, product design, and other cross-functional teams (Analytics, Research, Creative etc.) to drive business results.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform branding and marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly and to the highest impact.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $263,000 to $362,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
