Job Description
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) GENERALIST/TALENT SPECIALIST, MIT Health, to be responsible for recruitment and payroll processing of full-time, part-time, per diem, and agency workforce members. Will be responsible for the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to support all hiring and onboarding initiatives; full cycle support, including sourcing (traditional and social media), posting, prescreening, interviewing, scheduling, and closing the recruitment process; and processing employment transactions and maintaining employee records.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; four years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience; a demonstrated practical, hands-on, can-do approach to responsibilities; ability to multitask, manage multiple and simultaneous duties, and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proven organizational skills; experience leading small-scale projects; proactive approach to improving processes and systems; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
