What does a Corporate Recruiter (Contractor) at Swire Coca-Cola do?

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated workforce.

Job Details:

Initial Contract up to 6 months with possibility to extend or convert to full time

Hybrid schedule required, at least 2 days in office 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business autonomously, providing subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and attraction
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
  • Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
  • Advise and provide recommendations to hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
  • Ensure stakeholders are conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
  • Navigate unusual situations or difficult conversations with hiring leaders and candidates as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role required
  • Subject matter expert in recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations
  • Experience with the successful and strategic use of various social media and sourcing search tools
  • Experience in delivering successful recruitment strategies that span across more than one location or vertical talent group
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
