Job Description

In this role, you will be a part of Publicis Global Production finance team. If you enjoy creatively working with numbers, want to be a partner in crime for production teams, then keep reading.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is our bucket list, but don’t be discouraged if you cannot tick all the boxes right now as you will be proactively coached by the FP&A Director.

  • Management Reporting:
  • Acquire thorough understanding of the Global Production organization and structure.
  • Attain proper knowledge of Publicis Groupe financial standards and assure compliance with such standards.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the financial reporting tool (currently, HFM) and all the ad hoc tools such as Excel SmartView and Power BI.
  • Assist the FP&A Director in preparing various presentations and supporting materials to be communicated with:
  • Global Production management (CFO, CEO, & COO)
  • Global Production Client Leads who manage the relationship with Global Production clients.
  • Global Production regional leads (North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America)
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Cover all financial reporting cycles: monthly Actual reporting, recurring Rolling forecasts (7 yearly), and annual Budget.
  • Always respect Publicis Groupe reporting deadlines for each financial requirement.
  • Analyze revenue performance by market compared to previous forecasts.
  • Analyze revenue performance by client and maintain reporting files for each of the Global Production Client Leads (currently 10 global clients).
  • Assist in preparing monthly analysis of Global Production new business pipeline by market.
  • Assist in preparing analysis on agencies spending with external and internal vendors.
  • Assist in preparing full P&L and headcount analysis for Global Production scope.

  • You should possess approximately 2 years of relevant experience in finance. A previous experience in an advertising and/or media agency is a plus.
  • You have a deep understanding of accounting and business practices.
  • Excel isn't just a spreadsheet program to you – it's practically your middle name.
  • You navigate financial software with the finesse of a maestro.
  • You have a critical mindset and are ready to help us achieve our objectives, while having some fun in the process.
  • You can work successfully within a team; teamwork comes first. You can handle high workload volume, meet tight deadlines, and deliver quality work under pressure.
  • You are a problem solver and have an eagle eye for details.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
