What you’ll do

  • Manage Mambu CMS, Sanity, including ownership of pages, forms and other components. This includes identifying improvements, working with developers to build and launch features, solving bugs and issues, and overseeing updates to ensure optimal user experiences. You will also coordinate security audits and compliance checks to safeguard the website.
  • Manage MarTech tools, including implementing processes and analysing data to gather insights, improve conversion events, and enhance user journeys. This includes leveraging tools such as HotJar, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and SEMRush.
  • Optimise website performance through initiatives to enhance speed, responsiveness and functionality, as well as through SEO to improve search results and quality of web traffic. Collaborate with the development team to implement required improvements and upgrades. Introduce testing initiatives to identify top performing assets. 
  • Website analytics and reporting via Google Analytics and LookerStudio to improve user behaviour measured by engagement, audience types, and conversions. Generate regular reports on web performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum three years experience in website operations and content management systems
  • Proven track record in optimising website performance in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical aspects, including web development, HTML/CSS, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Extensive understanding of marketing metrics and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and other relevant analytics tools. 
  • Ability to adhere to brand and content guidelines and utilise design tools such as Canva
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices including the use of Google Search Console
