We’re looking for a Junior Delivery Engineer to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll be a part of our Services Sales team. 

Position Overview: The Junior Delivery Engineer will participate in overseeing and managing various aspects of our managed services offerings, including monitoring client systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations. You’ll work under guidelines and observation by a team lead.

This role will provide you with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. 

Client Management: 

  • Be involved in regular meetings with clients to review service performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Technical account manager to understand clients' specific needs, requirements, and expectations.

Service Delivery & Monitoring: 

  • Be trained to monitor client systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or disruptions before they impact client operations.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring tools, processes, and procedures to support managed service offerings.

Technical Support & Resolution: 

  • Be guided to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with managed services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to figure out and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
  • Document and track client issues, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements

Performance Reporting & Analysis 

  • Generate regular performance reports, metrics, and KPIs related to managed services delivery.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and enhancement.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients as needed.

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in managed services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new tools, processes, and solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training, workshops, and professional development activities to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirement:

  • Fresher to 6 months or 1 - 2 years of experience 
  • IT major, and security is advantage
  • Own basic knowledge of core IT principles and background
  • Fast learning and good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience is a plus
  • Malaysia nationality only.
